In a shocking news that has come to the limelight, popular Bollywood actor Mithun Chakraborty’s wife and son have landed themselves in legal trouble. According to the latest ANI report, an FIR has been filed against the mother-son duo for alleged rape and coercion of a girl in Mumbai.
The FIR has been registered at Oshiwara Police Station in Mumbai on October 15. According to the complaint, the woman was in a relationship since 2015 with the actor’s son - Mahaakshay aka Mimoh who is also an actor by profession.
And it happened to be that Mimoh had once drugged her with a soft drink and forced physical relations with her without her consent. She alleged that the actor had promised to marry her but never did and married someone else.
According to the victim, Mahaakshaya's mother, Yogeeta Bali (actress) had also threatened the victim after her complaint and also pressurized her to dismiss the case. Reportedly, the victim tried to get an FIR registered in the rape case, but the police did not register the case. So, she shifted to Delhi where she appealed to Rohini Court to file an FIR.
