Actress Meera Mitun who was seen in films such as 8 Thottakkal, and Thaana Serndha Koottam, had acquired much popularity after her stint in Bigg Boss Tamil season 3, and has been in the limelight ever since.
Now, according to the latest reports, Meera seems to be in legal trouble as a case has been filed in Kerala’s Idukki district, Thodupuzha against the actress for allegedly using abusive language against the Malayalis in a Twitter video posted by her a few months back.
When Behindwoods got in touch with Biju Jacob, the Sub Inspector of Police at Idukki, regarding the case, he said, “We have indeed taken the case and the investigation is still on. We got the complaint yesterday (Sep 23) through the court which was initiated by an advocate.” Further details on the same is awaited. Watch this space for latest updates!
