Rashmika Mandanna made her screen debut with the Kannada film Kirik Party but became famous through her Telugu film Geetha Govindam co-starring Vijay Deverakonda. Rashmika’s Tamil debut was with actor Karthik in Sulthan. She attained further popularity for her album ‘Top Tucker’ composed by Yuvan Shankar Raja and others.
Rashmika’s fan-base only seems to be growing day by day. A fan has traveled 900 km to meet the star despite the curfew. Akash Tripathi from Telangana is said to be an ardent fan of the actress. From his house in Telangana, he travelled about 900 km to Rashmika’s house in Karnataka. Along the road, he had to inquire the address. Some even reported him to the cops, out of suspicion.
Akash was immediately detained by the police, who explained to that he could not go there as there was a curfew in the area where Rashmika’s residence is there in Karnataka. Police also informed that the actress was in Mumbai for filming. Akash had to return home sadly. Many seem to have been moved by the fan’s story.
