After delivering super hit films like Varuthapadatha Vaalibar Sangam (VVS) and Rajini Murugan, director Ponram is currently awaiting the release of his next with Sivakarthikeyan, Seemaraja.
It is a well-known fact that Ponram assisted director M Rajesh in his hattrick comedy ventures before making VVS. Both Rajesh and Ponram were assistants to director SA Chandrasekar, the father of Thalapathy Vijay.
Ponram also worked in Tamizhan, which starred Vijay. In a recent exclusive interview with Behindwoods, Ponram reveals about his wish to work with Vijay.
He said, "Yes, I worked with SAC sir and he is my guru. Rajesh and I traveled with him for 5 years. We also used to do Vijay sir's films and he would regularly come to the office and that's how I met him. I definitely want to work with him one day and it is my dream. I am waiting to see when that will happen."
Ponram is known for his rural comedy entertainers and it will be exciting to see Vijay work with him very soon.
