South Indian Film Writers Association's current serving President, K.Bhagyaraj, along with his team has filed a complaint against actor, writer, and director Visu. This issue has popped out due to a misunderstanding between the previous governing council and the current governing council at the association.
 

Talking to the media, about the complaint, Bhagyaraj said, "I am the current President of South Indian Film Writers Association. We won the election recently and came into the power. We wanted to know the details of the money that is there in the Charitable Trust so that we could use it to help the needy people in the association.

However, we did not receive a proper response. We contacted Visu and asked him to come for a meeting to discuss upon this. However, he cited health reasons and said he wouldn't be able to attend any meeting.

He asked us to check with writer Piraisudan, who was the previous treasurer of the association. When we asked him, he didn't give us a satisfying reply. They said we cannot interfere into this problem, and ask for the details of the charitable trust's money. We didn't find that response to be right. We couldn't get the money and the details about the money that is there in the charitable trust. They have the details with them and deny to share it with us.

If they don't give us those details, we cannot function smoothly. So, we met the Commissionernow, and filed a complaint against Visu, and his team. They said they will take this issue forward and see what could be done. We have the complaint details with us."
