Suriya is simultaneously shooting his two films, NGK with Selvaraghavan, and an untitled venture with director K.V.Anand, and both the films are in different stages of production. Post these two projects, the Ayan actor will be doing a film with Irudhi Suttru fame director Sudha Kongara, bankrolled by 2D Entertainment.
Director Hari will also be doing a new film with Suriya (tentative plan - Suriya 39), which will be his next directorial after Saamy Square. Talking about that project, in an exclusive interview with Behindwoods, Hari said that the Suriya starrer will be a family entertainer.
"Yes, the project is on. I have an idea to make it as a complete family entertainer mixed with some action. I can start work on that project only after Saamy 2's theatrical release. Even Saamy 2 is a family entertainer, and people can come along with families to watch the film. Suriya's film will be a little more high on family emotions, compared to Saamy 2. Probably, you can expect something on the lines of Vel", shared Hari.
Suriya and director Hari have a very good rapport and the duo have already worked together in 5 projects, and this will be their sixth time association. More details regarding this film will be out, during the time of the announcement.
