Producer CV Kumar who filed a police complaint against financier GN Anbu Cheziyan on September 26 has now withdrawn his plea.

We got in touch with CV Kumar to know more about the complaint, and this is what he had to say, "I had borrowed funds from Mr Anbu Cheziyan for my film Mayavan. Even after I repaid all my dues, he did not return the NOC and other financial documents. So I had filed a complaint against him at the commissioner's office on September 26.

Today, the advocates from Gopuram Films met me and returned the NOC document and assured to give back all the other financial documents in a week's time. Based on that, I have withdrawn my complaint against Mr Anbu."
