Amazingly talented actor and director - Vikram and Gautham Vasudev Menon respectively had teamed up together a few years ago for a yet-to-release film, Dhruva Natchathiram. The film is said to have been shot in seven different countries.
Touted to be an action spy thriller, 'Dhruva Natchathiram' features an ensemble cast which includes Simran, R Parthiepan, Aishwarya Rajesh and Ritu Varma. The shooting for the film had started in early 2017 and the team had released a few teasers which were well-received by the audiences.
Due to financial issues, the film’s release was pushed for a long time and the latest update that was given by the director himself was that the post production work will be carried for the next 60 days, thereby concluding on a suspenseful note regarding the release date.
In a recent live interaction with fans on Instagram, when Gautham Menon was asked about the delayed project, he said, "Dhruva Natchathiram will release definitely. Vikram will start dubbing in 10 days. Post-production is in process."
