There was a strong speculation online about STR - Venkat Prabhu's much awaited Maanadu getting dropped inspite of Producer Suresh Kamatchi clarifying it as false, every time such stories popped up.
When Behindwoods got in touch with the actor to check the truth, STR denied the news as being false and said it was a rumour and that Maanadu will resume soon.
But he informed us, there will be a massive, good news that he is planning to announce only in December and was not ready to give us any hint, whether it was about his new film or personal life.
Currently, the actor is waiting to resume Maanadu with Venkat Prabhu. SJ Suryah also plays a major role in the film produced by Suresh Kamatchi. Kalyani Priyadharshan plays the female lead while Yuvan Shankar Raja scores music.
