EXCLUSIVE : BALAJI MOHAN TALKS ABOUT HIS FIRST TAMIL WEB SERIES

Lately, all the buzz is about director Balaji Mohan's upcoming romantic comedy web series, As I'm Suffering from Kadhal. The trailer for the show released on Saturday (June 3) and immediately created a sensation online and garnered a lot of eager fans. The show deals with the humor surrounding the relationship between 4 couples.

We contacted the Maari director to catch more information about his first web series which is set to release on Hotstar. He said, ''The show will have ten episodes which are about 20 minutes long at an average. It will be on the lines of a sitcom but won't have a laugh track of course (laughs). All the ten episodes will be released together to create a binge-watching experience for the viewers. For now, it is going to be just one season, but the show progresses and ends in such a way that it has the potential to continue into new seasons''.

When asked about the stars who will be making cameo appearances in the show, the Kadhalil Sodhappuvadhu Eppadi director said, ''As you saw in the trailer, Andrea makes a special appearance in one episode. Robo Shankar will be featuring in a couple of episodes, and we have some YouTube channel artists who will be coming as well.''

'As I'm suffering from Kadhal' is scheduled to come out on 16th of June, and it stars actors like Sananth, Abishek, Sundar, Dhanya Balakrishna, Nakshathra, Sanjana and the director himself, Balaji Mohan. The series is edited by Prasanna GK and Balaji Mohan and has music by Satish Raghunathan.
