We had earlier reported that Baahubali franchise will be made into a web series, directed by Prasthanam fame Deva Katta. The news has become official now with a massive announcement.
The announcement has been made through a video teaser, that has been released on YouTube now. The web series will focus on the life history of Sivagami and how she was the backbone in bringing up Amarendra Baahubali and Bhallala Deva. As told earlier, this will be a prequel series, based on the book, 'The Rise of Sivagami', written by Anand Neelakantan.
This web series has already got a lot of expectation among the audience, while the makers haven't started to shoot yet. An official announcement on the cast and crew of this web series will be out very soon. Stay tuned. Meanwhile, catch the announcement teaser below:

The makers of Baahubali have begun a new TV show, which is all set to premiere on Colours TV. It will be the story of a Kingdom, similar to the Baahubali series.
The show will be premiering on July 28. The interesting part is yet to come! The makers have decided to christen the show as Ilayathalapathy.
Notably, Ilayathalapathy was the tag that was given to actor Vijay, before it was recently changed to just Thalapathy.
