Avatar, directed by James Cameron, was one of all-time high grossers in the history of World Cinema until Avengers Endgame recently overtook the magnum opus. The team is busy with the sequel works of the same.
Ever since the announcement of the same was made, the fans were waiting with bated breath to catch a fresh update from the upcoming sequel. Meanwhile, the first grand visuals of the new concept art pieces from the upcoming film was unveiled earlier this year.
The fans were super-excited as this time they won’t be only exploring Pandora but also new other parts of the world. But what hindered the production work was the ongoing Coronavirus which almost brought everything to a standstill.
Now, Jon Landau, Cameron’s producer, has taken to his Instagram and shared pics of the director-producer duo arriving at Wellington international airport, with both men wearing face masks and plastic face shields.
He wrote, “Made it to New Zealand. Our 14-day government supervised self-isolation now begins.” The production will soon begin in the country after the director-producer duo completes their government-supervised quarantine.
