'The World's Best' is a US-based TV Reality show that showcases my talents of teams and induviduals coming from more than 150-odd countries. The winner of the show's recent season is Chennai based Lydian Nadhaswaram, student KM Conservatory, a music school founded by AR Rahman. Lydian is praised worldwide for his extraordinary piano-playing skills.
Recently, the Morzart of Madras, AR Rahman went to Lydian's residence and visited the young prodigy and his family. The composer was given a grand welcome, with Nadaswaram music accompanying his entry to their residence. The composer requested Lydian to play the piano for him and Lydian obliged to it.
Lydian played AR Rahman's evergreen melodies like 'Ennavale' and 'Thamizha Thamizha'. Lydian's sister accompanied him by playing the flute. After playing, Lydian also requested AR Rahman to play the piano, and he accepted his request. The video of AR Rahman's visit was posted in his twitter page
