Thalapathy Vijay’s next is with Nelson Dhilipkumar and is bankrolled by Sun Pictures. Last month, DoP Manoj Paramahamsa officially confirmed that he will be working as cinematographer on the film. He further said that Thalapathy 65 would be a pan-Indian film. Recently, it was officially announced that Pooja Hegde will be pairing up with Vijay in the film. Fans are expecting this combo to be a success.

For the unversed, Aparna Das was initially working in Muscat and is an MBA graduate. Many videos she posted on the popular site TikTok went viral. Malayalam director Sathyan Anthikad saw this and cast her in his film. She's now on board Thalapathy 65.
