During a recent interactive session with Behindwoods, ‘Rockstar’ Anirudh revealed some exciting information about Vivegam’s music. The expectations as we know for this album are skyrocketing. Q: We were shocked when we saw the first look poster of Vivegam. How was it to you while composing the background score for Ajith’s six packs scenes?

Anirudh - “I am yet to work on the re-recording of Vivegam but what we have done till now and what the director told me about the film, it will definitely surprise everyone like how the first look did. I think the whole movie will be a surprise and I am very very excited. My first audio release of 2017 would be Vivegam.”

Q: Will the album stay true to the film’s title (Vivegam)?

Anirudh - “Yeah, everyone knows the film is based abroad. How do I say it? ‘Survival of the fittest’; that is the idea. How can we present that idea musically? We are trying something, let’s see how it goes.
