Fashion label ‘AJTM’ have reportedly filed a case against actress Shraddha Kapoor and the producers of her upcoming movie Haseena Parkar which is to release this Friday.

The reason according reports is that, Shraddha has allegedly not promoted the fashion label AJTM as per an agreement that was signed with the company. Shraddha along with one of the producers of Haseena Parkar have been accused of cheating and breach of trust.

Reports also suggest that, M&M Designs have filed a private complaint in the Mumbai court against the actress and that the case will come up for hearing on October 26th.
