Nerkonda Paarvai is the official Tamil remake of the movie Pink, with the original Hindi version having Amitabh Bachchan and Taapsee play the lead roles. This Ajith starrer will be directed by H Vinoth of Sathuranga Vettai and Theeran Adhigaram Ondru fame, and produced by Boney Kapoor under the banner Bayview Projects LLP.
The latest update on this project is that, the shooting will go on without a break till Mid-April. This was announced on Twitter by the PR Team of the film, D'One Media on their Twitter handle. They tweeted:

This film will have Vidya Balan, Shraddha Srinath, Andrea Tariang, Rangaraj Pandey, Adhik Ravichandran, Abhirami Venkatachalam and others playing crucial roles. Yuvan Shankar Raja will be composing the music and Nirav Shah will be doing the cinematography. Stay tuned for more updates on the project.
The project is moving at a brisk pace, and will hit the screens this summer. Following this project, Ajith will be joining hands with Boney Kapoor for his 60th film, that will go on floors from July 2019, and release on April 10, 2020.
