There was a strong rumour saying Thala Ajith would be playing a rural cop in his upcoming film Viswasam directed by Siva.

A couple of days back we had reported that Viswasam will be shot in the backdrop of North Chennai and now we have some news from an authentic source saying Ajith supposedly will not be playing a police role like speculated by some earlier.
