With Thalapathy Vijay's Sarkar scheduled for a grand release on Diwali, there are a lot of expectations prior to it. With the return of the AR Murugadoss-Vijay combination and the repeat of AR Rahman-Vijay combination after Mersal, this one guarantees a treat.
Meanwhile, there have been various speculations about Vijay's next project as well. It has been widely discussed that he will be joining hands with Atlee once again and that the film will be bankrolled by AGS Entertainment.
We caught up with the CEO of the AGS Cinemas, Archana Kalpathi for an exclusive interview, and spoke to her about the kind of film they would like to produce with Vijay as the lead. This is what she had to say:
"If we get a chance to produce a film with Vijay sir, it will be a pakka mass film like Ghilli or Thuppakki. I think there's a lot of speculation that we are producing Vijay sir's next film. It is a dream for us to do that, we have always wanted to. So, hopefully, it will come sometime soon and we're waiting for that."
When asked if the next Atlee-Vijay project is produced by AGS, she said, "I have no idea what you're talking about. There are such speculations for all Vijay sir's films. But it would really be an honor to work with him."
