After Beast, actor Vijay is set to feature in a new film to be produced by producer Dil Raju's Sri Venkateswara Creations. The film is tentatively titled ‘Thalapathy 66’. The film is directed by Vamshi Paidipally. The official announcement of the film was released a few months back. Vijay's photo with producer Dil Raju and director Vamshi had gone viral on the internet.
No details about the artists and technical artists other than Vijay in the film were officially announced until yesterday. Rashmika Mandanna has been announced as the heroine of Thalapathy 66 and SS Thaman is the composer of the film. This is the first film for Thaman to team up with Vijay, who has composed over 100 films and is a leading composer.
