Actor's Vemal's upcoming Mannar Vagaiyara has been set for a release on Friday, January 26, and amidst rumours that the film might not take off on the said date, the star himself has released a press statement dispelling them.

He has stated: "Mannar Vagaiyara, produced by me, will definitely release as stipulated on January 26. Any rumours about the release spread by miscreants are false and need not be believed."
