Elon Musk, CEO of Tesla and founder of SpaceX, recently announced the acquisition of Twitter. In this case, the company will not move forward with the acquisition plan until it suddenly becomes clear about the number of fake accounts on the Twitter site.
Elon Musk tweeted, ‘Fake accounts are up to 20 percent, up to 4 times more than what the Twitter company claims. It may even be even more so. My offer is based on Twitter's accounts with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission so far.
Yesterday, the CEO of Twitter refused to prove that the number of fake accounts on Twitter in public is less than 5 percent. The deal will not go ahead unless he proves it.
Barak Agarwal, CEO of Twitter, shared information on how the Twitter site is dealing with fake and fake accounts. Elon Musk teased, ‘How do advertisers know what they get out of the money they spend? It's fundamental to the economic well-being of the Twitter site.
