Louis was born in 1903 in Nova Scotia, Canada. By nature he had a fascination with painting. In particular, he loved drawing antiques. Throughout his life, Louis sold his paintings to tourists visiting the Nova Scotia area and raised a family with the proceeds. Income is very meager. So Louie lived in poverty until almost the end of time.

His paintings did not receive recognition while he was alive. After his death, a documentary about him was released. Since then, Louis' fame has spread around the world. His paintings have been put up for sale by global companies.

Meanwhile, artist John Kinner has found a rare painting by Matt Lewis called the Black Truck. John once ate this sandwich and gave it to the hotel owner, who found it almost 50 years ago. Irene Demas still runs the hotel with her husband Tony.

He said, "John comes to our restaurant every day, but he eats only cheese sandwiches every day. He does not buy anything else.

In this case, Irene has decided to auction off his painting. The painting was subsequently handed over to the auction house. The company has announced that the painting is currently being auctioned for Rs 2 crore. Thus, Irene and her husband are delighted.

A painting sold for a sandwich went under the hammer for 2 crore rupees.
