Sudden high vulnerability count

With this, 9 million people have been ordered to stay indoors. According to these orders, people should not leave their home without essential reasons. And they must undergo three rounds of mass testing. Authorities in Changchun have suspended all essential business and transport links. The move comes as the number of new COVID-19 infections has risen to more than 1,000 in some cities. This is the highest number of new cases detected in the last 2 years.
