"Yes, I had sex with my patient, but ..." Doctor reveals shocking statement!
Home > News Shots > World newsIt is widely said that every story has three sides - yours, theirs and the truth. It wasn't the case when Canada's Toronto based doctor Theepa was accused by her patient of sexual abuse as she said nothing. Now she had opened up about what happened.
She was stripped off her license as her patient, whom she treated from 2015 to 2016, filed a case against her claiming she sexually abused him and stopped giving him treatments after March 2016.
Now, she has opened up about her side of the story. She said that it was “an attempt to emotionally and sexually manipulate and control her" and “hold her hostage” by “threatening to report her to the College if she failed to speak with him or send him selfies.”
She claimed that she was blackmailed threatening to leak her texts and pictures if she doesn't give in to sexual relationship. The defence stated that she never exploited the doctor-patient relationship.
