The Waltons topped the 2018 ranking for the world’s richest families. Since then, their wealth have expanded around $39 billion bringing their fortune to $191 billion. Other American dynasties are also giving a formidable competition to get hold of the title. The Mars family, of candy fame, have added $37 billion to its name in the last one year.

The report further states that the 25 most richest families of the world control almost $1.4 trillion wealth.
