This is the world's most livable city

Vienna the Austrian capital has tipped Melbourne to become the most livable city in the world as per the latest rankings of the Economist Intelligence Unit Annual Survey.

The survey covered 140 cities around the world and assessed them on factors such as political and social stability, crime, education and access to healthcare amongst other things.

The survey producers also said that more than half of the cities have managed to improve their rankings compared to previous years.
