US COVID-19 Deaths Double In 10 Days, Highest In The World Now! 

As the deadly coronavirus has claimed more than 1,90,000 lives since the outbreak in China, the number of deaths in the US has reached 50,000 that has left the world in shock. As per a Reuters report, the number of deaths have doubled in 10 days.

Checking on the latest updates, more than 8,75,000 Americans have been infected with the virus and shockingly about 2,000 people have died every day in the month of April, Reuters further reported.

Media reports further state that, death count in US can rise too as these tallies are mostly from hospital and nursing home victims, while those who die at home or elsewhere have not been recorded. 

Among most of the places, New York is the epicenter of the U.S. outbreak, after which New Jersey, Michigan and Massachusetts follows. As US stands first in death count, the next hardest-hit countries are Italy, Spain and France.
