Speculations about Kim Jong Un’s health condition continues to float around. The latest speculation sparked when the grand portraits of the North Korean Leader’s Father, Kim II Sunga and Grandfather, Kim Jong- il were removed from the main square of Pyongyang.

Allegedly, another statute of Kim Jong-il has also been removed. As per NK News’ reports, satellite images show that the observation deck used by Kim to overwatch military parades was demolished too.

"The last time that happened was when the place was being renovated following the death of the Dear Leader," journalist Roy Calley, author of Look with Your Eyes and Tell the World, was quoted by the Express.co.uk.

"The fact that portraits have been removed is very interesting. Kim Jong-un can't have any statues or portraits unless he's dead. The square is huge (think Beijing) so I can't see why they'd be enlarging it. I'm guessing (and only that) they are preparing to add a third statue and portrait, but who knows?” He said.

The last time the portrait area was altered in 2012 when Kim Jong II’s portrait was added after his demise.

However, few people also suggest that these changes are being made to host an expanded celebration of the 75th anniversary of the founding of the ruling Workers’ Party of Korea.

Earlier, the US President Donald Trump claimed that he knows about Kim Jong Un’s status and whereabouts but he can't talk about it right now.
