Two politicians have been detained by the people as they failed their promises and accused them for stealing 3 million pesos that was allocated for them for improving the town's water systems which he claimed that he sent to other municipalities.

Mayor Javier Jimenez was dressed in skirt and blouse and was paraded through the streets and it was caught on cam. The incident is going viral in social media, reports India Times.
