Amid Visa issues, more than 2.27 lakh Indians waiting for Green Card in USA!
Home > News Shots > World newsOn the whole, currently, there are nearly 4 million people waiting for family-sponsored Green Card. Of which, there are 2,27,000 Indians.
The nationality that tops the list is Mexicans, with 1.5 million people waiting in line to get Green Card while China comes third with nearly 1,80,000 people.
US citizens can sponsor their family to obtain Green Cards in USA. President Donald Trump is against such politics as he calls it chain immigration.
Along with this number, nearly 8,27,000 Indians are waiting for Green Cards. The line for employment based Green Cards is high and has been running for over a decade.
