An 83-year-old man recently admitted having bought his wife 55,000 designer gowns so that she will not wear the same one twice.

Paul Brockmann reportedly stores the gowns he bought his wife in a specially designed closet in his garage. The dresses are all stored in three 50-feet containers. Paul's collection is so huge that he even had a deal with a department store.

Paul has been married to his wife Margot for 61 years now. The two met at a dance hall in Germany, danced all night and fell in love. The couple has sold over 7,000 gowns and is looking to sell the remaining 48,000. However, the two wish to keep 200 dresses as they are special.
