Home > News Shots > World newsIn a shocking case, hundreds of birds mysteriously fall out of the sky and landed dead on a road near Llyn Llywenan, Bodedern.
This sight shocked locals and people across the state who have mostly seen such a horrifying view in sci-fi and horror films. However, locals are still in a dilemma if it was a natural phenomenon or caused by humans.
As per BBC report, a woman was shocked to see a flock of birds flying overhead and just an hour later, the birds started falling dead on a road near Llyn Llywenan, Bodedern. She seen the birds on her way back home from a doctor's appointment then spread the news to others.
Meanwhile, the video was captured by Dafydd Edwards after his partner, Hannah, informed him about it. "I didn't believe her so I went to see for myself. It's very strange, I can't put my finger on it. My partner spotted it when she was on the way to the doctor's yesterday late afternoon. She said she saw hundreds of them flying over and thought it looked amazing, but on her way back around an hour later they were all dead in the road,” Dafydd told North Wales Live.
He further stated that some birds were alive in the hedges but none could be saved. In the video, Dafydd can be seen walking on the road while dead birds can be seen around him. Soon after recording the video, the curious couple met the North Wales Rural Crime Team and the Animal and Plant Health Agency.
