Buzz Aldrin, 50 years after travelling to moon with Neil Armstrong and the crew, recalled the first moments about the voyage. He said 50 years ago they landed on the moon. And he called it 50 years of non-progress after that criticising the space programme.

As for ISRO, Chandrayaan 2 was called off from being sent to the moon over technical issue.
