3 of Indian-origin Family in US found Dead in Swimming Pool: Neighbours, Police recall Horror! - VIDEO

An Indian family in the United States were found dead in the backyard pool, in New Jersey. The police are yet to identify the cause of death as they have not been able to find the reason for the mysterious death of all the members.

Bharat Patel, 62-year-old, his 33-year-old daughter-in-law Nisha Patel and her 8-year-old daughter drowned at died at their home. This incident was reported by the East Brunswick police on Monday. Since then, the investigation began. The police suspected a possible electrocution of the family in the pool. However, it was ruled out on Tuesday afternoon, by the police.

The police suspected that the family members drowned because of panic, since the pool varied in depth. The police said, “We believe the mother was screaming for help from inside the pool (area) for help.” The neighbours called the police after which they tried to revive the three through cardiopulmonary resuscitation. However, they were pronounced dead.

Mayor Brad Cohen told NJ.com that the “entire East Brunswick community is shocked and saddened.” “Our condolences go out to the family and may they find strength from the community that shares in their grief,” he added.

The autopsy report is awaited to confirm the cause of death.
