WhatsApp Suddenly Disappears from Google Play Store!
Home > News Shots > Technology newsSome Internet users, on Friday, claimed that Facebook-owned WhatsApp disappeared from Google Play Store meaning that those who were planning to join the application at that time would not have been able to access it.
"Users are now reporting that the Facebook-owned instant chat messenger app no longer appears on the Play Store search results," MSPoweruser reported.
However, if you had previously installed WhatsApp and uninstalled it later, you can still find the app in the Google Play Store's 'Previously installed app' section.
The reason for the disappearance remains unclear. But, according to WABetaInfo, a fan website that tracks WhatsApp updates, WhatsApp for Business remained active on the Play Store.
