The feature was already available on Instagram and Facebook that allows users to monetise their content. The new feature was demonstrated in a video and shared by Fabian Bern vis his Twitter handle.

Therefore, users can directly visit and buy from an E-commerce site similar to the facility on Facebook and Instagram. The Chinese-owned app has been doing great business around the world with 1.5 billion downloads on the Apple store App and Google play store. Reportedly, India remains to be the top country with 66.8 million unique Tik-Tok installations. A staggering number of 277.6 million downloads have been registered in India in 2019 alone which is 45 per cent of the global installations.
As soon the new feature is rolled out by Tik-Tok to all the users, undoubtedly the online marketing strategies will see more competitive strategies to earn money via E-commerce sites.
