Redmi Launches a New Affordable Phone in India! Price and other Details Listed
Home > News Shots > Technology newsAfter launching the famous Note 9 series, Xiomi has announced the first smartphone in the regular 9 series. Redmi9 comes with spectacular features such as four rear cameras, 5020mAh batter, 64GB of storage and 6.53- inch full HD+ display. It is priced at Rs 9,499 in India.
The handset is priced at around Rs. 12,800 in Indian currency. It arrives in three colour options namely Carbon Gray, Sunset Purple, and Ocean Green. The company is yet to announce its availability in the Indian market.
“The phone features a 6.53-inch full HD+ display with a resolution of 1,080x2,340 pixels, 19:5:9 aspect ratio, 400nits brightness and Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection. Under the hood, it has MediaTek Helio G80 processor, coupled with 3GB + 32GB and 4GB + 64GB storage models. The storage is further expandable via a dedicated microSD card,” Times Now cited in its report.
It uses Android 10 with MIUI 11 custom skin and packs. The phone is becoming popular in the market for its camera setup. It features a 13-megapixel primary camera, an 8-megapixel wide-angle lens, a 5-megapixel macro sensor and lastly 2-megapixel depth lens.
It sports arear-mounted fingerprint scanner, dual-band Wi-Fi, FM radio, Bluetooth 5.0, 4G LTE, NFC, and USB Type-C charging port.
The phone will be introduced in the Indian market in the coming days.
