Home > News Shots > Technology newsGoogle announced a series of updates for its products like Google Assistant, Google Lens and Google Pay at its annual 'Google for India 2019' event happened today (September 19) and one of the updates is leaving its customers tripping – in excitement - for all the good reasons.
Yes! In addition to helping you surf for jobs, Google can now connect you with right employers. In collaboration with National Skills Development Corporation, Google Pay is all set to host a new platform for jobs where users can apply for a job, schedule an interview and communicate with their potential employer. In simple terms, it will act as a connecting tool between job seekers and employers.
The platform also includes a free Curriculum Vitae (CV) builder tool that will help users build an attractive profile.
Google's machine learning algorithm will scan users' profiles and recommend suitable jobs for them. The company has also partnered with 24Seven, HealthKart, Swiggy, Zomato, Dunzo, Delhivery and Fabhotels to help job-seekers find jobs.
Jobs Spot is already functioning in Delhi and the company is planning to roll out the service to other parts of the country in the coming weeks.
