Disturbing Video: Chennai MTC bus hits woman crossing road, crushes her to death

A disturbing video of a bus running over a lady trying to cross the road has surfaced. The incident happened on Thursday near Vadamalai Street, Otteri, Chennai.

In the peak hours in the morning, at 8.05 am, the accident took place. When the signal was on, vehicles and people from both the sides of the road were trying to cross the road and go to the other side.

A lady was crossing the road very close to an MTC bus when the signal was lifted and the bus driver started the bus. The bus hit the lady and she fell getting crushed under the front tyre.

Realising that he ran over someone, the driver stopped the bus and soon the public started questioning. Soon, the passengers were evacuvated.
