VGP Marine Kingdom in Chennai is selling tickets online at a 50% discount, extending the tickets’ validity for 365 days from the date of purchase.

In view of the nation-wide lockdown, the aquarium has been closed for visitors. While they continue to feed and maintain the premises, they have opened up ticket sales now in order to help facilitate continuous supply of food for the fish and maintenance. The 50% discount is given since people have been gravely hit by the lockdown.

“Not only the ticket be valid for 365 days from the date of purchase, we will also be giving access to our exclusive underwater private viewing lounge, as well as an opportunity to feed your favourite fish when you visit. For those who wish to contribute, but will not be able to visit in the upcoming year, we ask that you adopt a fish for which we will be sending a video of the feeding, with a message to thank you,” says Prem Das, CEO of VGP Marine Kingdom.

They are looking to open as soon as the lockdown ends, with all safety precautions.
