Shocking - Engineering students drown in Marina Beach

According to reports, three engineering students went missing in Marina Beach on Sunday evening. It is feared that the three drowned in the sea.

The three, Dinesh of Tirumullaivoyal, Bharadwaj of Tindivanam and Jayakeerthi Varma of Dharmapuri, were all aged 18. They were students of Sri Venkateswara engineering college in Sriperumbudur staying at the college hostel. The three along with two other boys and four girls went to Marina Beach to spend the day.

The three were roaming near the sea and suddenly went missing. The other students alerted the police after which the local fishermen initiated a search mission. Reportedly, the body of Dinesh recently washed ashore.
