44 Died of Corona in Tamil Nadu Today! Check For Total Positive Cases, Recoveries & Other Updates as on June 15

Tamil Nadu on Monday, June 15, reported 1,843 new cases of COVID-19, taking the total number of cases in the state to 46,504. 

The following is the COVID-19 statistics of Tamil Nadu as of June 15:

- Total number of active cases on date (including isolation) -  20,678*   

- Total number of Male/Female/Transgender tested positive till date – 28,652 / 17,834 / 18  

- Total number of functioning COVID-19 testing facilities – 79 (45 Govt and 34 Private) 

- Total number of samples tested till date –   7,29,002   

- Total number of samples tested today –   18,403   

- Total number of persons tested till date –   46,504 

- Total number of persons tested today –  1,843 

- Total number of patients discharged following treatment till date–  25,344 

- Total number of patients discharged following treatment today –   797 

- Total number of deaths today / till date -  44 (12 Private and 32 Govt) / 479
