New IT Park in Chennai, TN CM Promises New Jobs!
Home > News Shots > Tamil Nadu newsA New Tidel IT Park will be opened at Pattabiram in Chennai. The cost is anticipated to be ₹235 crore. Tamil Nadu Chief Minister, Edappadi K Palaniswami laid the foundation stone for the IT park in a video conference from the Secretariat on Monday.
“The 5.57-lakh sq ft, smart building will create jobs for nearly 5,000 people in the first phase,” said K Pandiarajan, Minister for Tamil Official Language and Tamil Culture. Avadi (the area where the IT park is going to be built) falls under his assembly constituency.
“The 21-floor facility, to be completed in two years, will be the third Tidel Park in the State (there is one in Chennai and another in Coimbatore). When all the three phases are completed, over 25,000 persons will be working in the new campus, the minister told newspersons” The Hindu Business Line Reported.
The Project’s engineering consultant is Taamaesek Engineering Consortium, a Chennai- based architectural firm.
