BREAKING: School Education Minister makes Announcement on School 'Re-opening' in TN - Details
Home > News Shots > Tamil Nadu newsTamil Nadu Education Minister, announced on Saturday that the decision on re-opening schools will only unveil after the number of cases reduces.
Schools have remained closed since late March in Tamil Nadu, much like in the other states. However, the government is now hesitant to instruct the re-opening of schools, even for senior classes as the number of positive infections have been increasing in several folds.
Education Minister Sengottaiyan who had previously made a statement saying that children are more susceptible to the infection and hence they are in no rush to open; once again reinforced the same.
