VIDEO Of Chennai Man Refusing To Board Police Jeep Goes Viral!
Home > News Shots > Tamil Nadu newsA video is currently going viral, where the city police and a young man was captured arguing in Chennai's Arumbakkam area. This incident that took place at MMDA Colony of Arumbakkam, has recently become the talk of the town.
According to a local media report, on June 29, when Arumbakkam police were conducting their usual checks in the MMDA market; they apprehended a young man, who was coming on a bike.
As Chennai is under lockdown and strict rules have been implemented; police in that area, questioned the young man and seized his bike.
When he refused to cooperate with police, they decided to take him to the police station for further questioning. The police then tried their best to board him in the jeep.
After he protested against police action, there was a tussle between the police and the man. It is now learnt that police have let him free without filing any case, but with a warning not to breach lockdown rules further.
