Since the lockdown commenced in March, in Tamil Nadu, schools and other educational institutions have remained closed. When many schools decided to progress with online classes, petitions were filed to ban online classes.
After analysing the case, the High Court refused to ban online classes and announced that schools can go forward and conduct online classes.
The jury which consisted of M.M.Sundharesh and R.Hemalatha also added that every district will be overlooked by a team which will soon be formed. These teams will overlook the online classes which are to take place in a scheduled and constructive manner.
