Love is Blind; Woman Marries 4 Feet Tall Lover She Met on Facebook

They say that love has no barriers. And a woman from Sivagangai has proved just that. Pavithra, a 23-year-old woman from Sivagangai struck a friendship with Vigneshwaran, a BCA graduate who was into selling products online, and had jumped on the Facebook platform to expand his business. Soon, the friendship turned into love for the Dpharm student and Vigneshwaran.

She came to know that Vigneshwaran was just about four feet tall. But she didn’t care about all that and felt Vigneshwaran was her soulmate. However, things started going downhill when both decided to take the next step in their relationship; i.e, marriage. When Pavithra’s parents came to know of Vigneshwaran, they tried to dissuade her saying it wasn’t a compatible alliance. They also forced her to forget her love.

However, both were resilient in being with each other only. Pavithra decided to elope. She eventually got married to Vigneshwaran in a temple in the presence of the latter’s friends and relatives. Since they were facing trouble from the bride’s family, the couple sought police protection from Karur force. Soon, cops called both families for a discussion. However, the bride’s family couldn’t be convinced and decided to desert her.

However, considering that the groom’s family is supportive, we can say that this love story has had a happy ending.
