COVID-19: One Death, 25 New Positive Cases Reported in TN Today; Additional Details Listed
Home > News Shots > Tamil Nadu newsTamil Nadu on Thursday reported 25 new positive cases of COVID-19 taking the total number of cases in the state to 1267, Chief Minister Edappadi K Palanisamy told reporters.
The state also reported a death on Thursday. A total of 15 people have succumbed to the virus till date.
According to the latest data released by the Govt. of Tamil Nadu on 16th April 2020,
24,061 people have been home quarantined
41 people are under government quarantine facilities
1882 people have been isolated in hospitals.
26,005 samples have been tested so far.
1,267 patients have been tested positive for COVID- 19 and
180 patients were discharged following treatment.
