Highest ever 'Corona' Cases Reported Today: Deaths, Recoveries and Other details as on July 19!

Tamil Nadu on Sunday, July 19, reported 4,979 new cases of COVID-19, taking the total number of cases in the state to 50,294.

- Total number of Male/Female/Transgender tested positive till date – 1,03,907/66,763/23
- Total number of functioning COVID-19 testing facilities –112 (57 govt. And 55 Private)
- Total number of samples tested till date – 19,32,492
- Total number of samples tested today – 52,993
- Total number of persons tested till date – 18,55,817
- Total number of persons tested today – 51,640
- Total number of patients discharged following treatment till date– 1,17,915
- Total number of patients discharged following treatment today – 4,059
- Total number of deaths today / till date – 78 (23 Private and 55 Govt) / total 2,481
